Who is the data controller

The data controller is Andrea Petrucci Fiori. For any question about your data you can write to andreapetruccifiori@gmail.com.

What data I collect

I collect the data you choose to send me through the contact form: your name, email address and the answers you write in the form fields. Like any host, Netlify also technically logs visitors' IP address to run the site and protect it from abuse.

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and its fonts are served directly by the site, without external services.

Why I use it

I use your data only to read your message and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form, and, if you ask me about a possible collaboration, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

I don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and I don't sell it or pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.

Who processes it on my behalf

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives form messages as a data processor. Message notifications reach my Gmail (Google) inbox. Both providers may process data in the United States, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).

How long I keep it

I keep your data for as long as needed to handle our conversation, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case the related legal obligations apply.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

To exercise your rights, write to me at the address above. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
